Day with pain in the extremities and a headache

Its been a long time since i posted an article on my blog about health.  I was busy with my offline work and also with my other blogs.  What i want to search and share on this topic was about my better halfs complained one morning. She woke up not feeling good,  head aches and pains on the extremities.   Remember that she was  dignose to have diabetes but for the last few months the latest doctor  recommend  her to stop taking "metformin" and the medicine for cholesterol cause her blood sugar had been normal.

Since that time about four months,  she no longer takes "metformin" but because of being complacent she was not able to control her eating. There was several occasions that she consumed  foods that causes her blood sugar to rise again. She tried to take the "metformin" again , to lower down her blood sugar. Her blood sugar went down  but it did not relieve her of head ache, pain of the lower and upper extremities and generally she is still  not feeling good. Its really "A day with pain in the extremities and headache"

 I tried to make a research in particular about headache and it was described here ;

Causes of headaches

Anything that stimulates the pain receptors in a person’s head or neck can cause a headache, including:
  • stress
  • muscular tension
  • dental or jaw problems
  • infections
  • diet
  • eye problems
  • hormonal influences
  • medications
  • disorders of the ear, nose or throat
  • disorders of the nervous system
  • injury to the head, neck or spine
  • high blood pressure
  • poor posture – puts unnecessary strain on the muscles of the back and neck
  • hangover from abuse of alcohol or drugs
  • temperature – extremes of heat or cold
  • dehydration – affects blood pressure
  • noise – especially loud noises
  • temporal arteritis – inflammation of the artery at the temple, most common in elderly people
  • arthritis
  • meningitis.
Consulting with my better half about her condition she suspects that her cholesterol level increased that is why she is having this headache and pains.   I do think she was right, because the headaches that she feels could be that lower and higher extemities are on tensions cause the flow of blood is  probably not functioning normally . Because her pancreas had been weaken  and she had ate foods with cholesterol so it is not well digested and the nutrients needed to be sent to any part of the body is not working well, that is why she's  on pain and her head is troubling. What she did was rest and tried to eat easily digestible foods. She prepared herself to have a cholesterol test. Noticeably after resting for a day and eating her normal condition were back.

With this analysis she had a laboratory test to check her cholesterol and she found out that it was normal.  The nurse told her that what was test was her good cholesterol and not the bad one. So she needed to have again another lab test.

With resting and eating good food with no meat and cholesterol free she went back to his normal condition, though she still needs to see the doctor and check the findings which was scheduled for the weekend.
